Rest In Power : Tony Tuff (1955-2024).

Nous avons appris avec une grande tristesse le décès du chanteur Tony Tuff le 20 avril dernier .

Tony Tuff avait débuté sa carrière à la fin des années 60 avec le groupe African Brothers aux cotés de Sugar Minott & Derrick « Bubbles » Howard  .

A la fin des années 70 le chanteur débutera une carrière en solo durant laquelle il enregistrera de nombreux singles pour des labels tels que " GG's Records , Vivian Jackson (Yabby You) , Channel One , Jah Guidance , Soul Syndicate ,  Gorgon Records , Observers , 56 Hope Road , Coxsone Records , Pickout Records , Steely & Clevie Records , Jammy's Records , Jah Life Music , Penthouse Records , Sampalue , Zola & Zola , El Paso , African Museum ,  Greenyard Records , Blackboard Jungle , Black Redemption , Sir Logie International Records " et bien d'autres encore .

Tony Tuff avait également publié depuis 1980 une liste impressionnante d'albums en collaborant notamment avec des labels comme " Black Roots , Volcano , Top Rank , Black Scorpio , Rhino Records , Jah Shaka Music , Minor 7 Flat 5 & more " !!!
